We take pride in producing and testing products that will function properly, but we cannot guarantee that there will never be a defective unit or that a unit will function with all cellular systems in existence.
For this reason, it must be clear that Sensored Life is not insuring your premises or guaranteeing that there will not be damage to your person or property if you use this product.

If you are not comfortable with the Limited Warranty included with the product you purchased, or are not completely satisfied with the product, we encourage you to return the product for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
Limited Lifetime Warranty — If the product does not conform to this Warranty at any time while there is an active subscription, Sensored Life will repair the defect and return it to you at no charge.
IMPORTANT: The Warranty is limited to replacement of the PRODUCT ONLY.
The Warranty shall terminate and be of no further effect at the time the Product is:
Sensored Life’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement (at Sensored Life’s choice) of the Product only.
This Warranty does not cover payment or provide for reimbursement of payment for incidental or consequential damages or for any cost to install or remove the Product.

Customers wishing to return a warranted product must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Contact our support team at www.meetmarcell.com/contact-us to request an RMA number.
Products under warranty should be shipped prepaid to the address provided when you call for the RMA number. We will either repair or replace warranted products free of charge and return the repaired or replacement product at the lowest cost shipping method, prepaid.
Returns resulting from errors by the seller will not be subject to this charge. Returned product shall be received in condition for resale as new equipment to qualify for credit. All returned products must be shipped prepaid.
Out of Warranty products are not repairable. Contact Customer Service for a Current Customer Discount or visit one of our retailers to purchase a new unit.
